Daresh: It will definitely be more than that in naija since there's no driving record or effective traffic police... I doubt if all these indomie musicians buying it will be able to afford considering so many bills they gotta pay. And the 500$ i quote initially is not for newer models |

/ None. I don't need the headache. You will be one oil change away from becoming a frequent flier to the mechanics. And it is downhill from there. Finally it becomes difficult to know who/what is the driver. You or the vehicle? \ |

seedord247: It's not about the cost of insurance, it's all about insurance that works. In the States, any amount you spend on Insurance is worth it because the Insurance Company will live up to expectations contrary to what is obtainable in Nija |

seedord247:There are good insurance companies in Nigeria though we still have some insurance companies that are misbehaving big time. You can actually negotiate to pay 5% instead of 10% if the car is an expensive car but I have always advised people to go for comprehensive insurance and always pay full because if you cut corners with their agents and something goes wrong with your car the insurance ogas will begin to follow their policies bit by bit and you might end up being the fool. |
