You win is his brainchild. No Argument there.

For a government whose self imposed target is to create 2million jobs annually, creating 5400 in 5 years should not be a brain, not to add child.

oh! Don't allow Gej's foolhardiness and stupidity to hoodwink your tiny brain pan. Such a political appointment is not an elected position so any reforms/approaches or steps taken by the department/office must be in accordance with Gej's interest. Which means, no action can be taken without the consent of the president. If a successful step is taken by the person heading the office, the glory belongs to the president. . Gej knows how to claim glory of a particular event even when the development has nothing to do with the direct intervention of the government. If the jobs immigration was successful one, he would have equally claimed the glory. Hope I'm resolute enough to beat down your ignorance about Gej and the significance of political appointment?

The only thing you succeeded in doing here,is displaying your ignorance and sentiments Mr. Provide tangible proofs linking GEJ's interest to the immigration travesty or keep mute.

Ah! This man deserves to be trounced. How can someone boast of creating 5,400 jobs when there are over 27 Million jobless graduates who have no job or underemployed? Obama has been creating between 230,000-380,000 jobs per month since 2011 summer and many people still think that is not enough and this man is proudly boasting about creating 5,400 jobs in six years. Nigerians never had it this bad before. This is act of cluelessness, wickedness and stupidity.

You must be voted out at all cost.
Read, you no fit read. Only to look at the topic and begin to comment rubbish. I am not surprised you have this number of likes.... birds of a feather.

Don't forget to add Oil bunkering, Nollywood prostitution and his online rats. Some of them are on this thread so their employment is real.

To think I read 54,000 jobs on frontpage embarassed

I still don't know what this youwin scheme is all about. Which sector are these jobs created? How did they get to choose from millions of unemployed graduates? Pardon my ignorance o, I don't know anybody who has benefitted from this scheme.

Wonderful country where anybody entrusted by law to do something can openly come out and boast of doing nothing n the followers will clap n cheer him/her up. A country that almost half of its population is unemployed and hopeless because of hopeless managers. My pray to God concerning 2015 elections and selections is that anybody planning on looting and exploiting this blessed nation the more thereby endangering the hope of the citizens and the future, may that person not last up to100 days in that office. God help us

People keep saying we should blame our past leaders not Jonathan, I keep telling them if u r a made the present manager of a failing bank, u were appointed to make the bank situation better, the people that appointed u know the past managers didn't perform, if u fail u can't start blaming d past managers. The reason u were appointed was to improve the situation not to start failing and start comparing ur failures to the past managers failures.

The cost of running Govt is too HIGH... Rather than creating usual jobs by forming more ministries and agencies like odrs, the Govt among many odrs came up with Youwin dat has empowered Youths wit Skills n Financial tool to start der own business and create JOBS for odrs! Isn't dat worth it to mention? Just Imagine if past Govt formed initiatives that created direct jobs lik dis huh? GEJ has not met our expectation no doubt but wen we see good... Pls let's say IT!

For the avoidance of doubts, president GEJ has created work employment in hundred of thousands, YOUWIN is just part of it.

1. Agriculture boost has empowered more farmers.I see more adverts on farms recently on Guardian than I have seen in the last 3 to 4 years. This is non-debatable and this alone has positive split effect.I will say this has most employment indices.

2.All the new federal universities created will either create new jobs or make people leave a previous job for it by so doing. Either way a job is created because eben when people leave their previous jobs, it will be replaced by somebody. Indirect jobs for the location where d universities are sited. This will also increase the economic activities in the state.

3.All the new almajiri school built in the North will employ teachers to teach them. The schools will be built and they will also have economic impacts on their host society.

4.Automobile company coming into d country to start local production will employ experts for feasinlbility studies, engineers and other professionals. As they comply to 60% local raw materials, the economy of the country is impacted.People will source for the raw materials. Some companies will come on board to supply those materials.Auto servicing firms will increase to take advantage and other indirect employments.

5.The unbundling of PHCN is another policy that has given room to employment.I remememberd seeing flood of adverts last year by new owners of PHCN.Most of these adverts even made front page in Nairaland. One of my friend and colleague was an indirect beneficiary. He actually got d present job he is leaving through a frnd that left for Flour Mills.D same frnd moved again to Ikeja distribution company making my friend and colleague to take his space at Flour Mills. Now someone else must be employed to fill d vacuum. Power companies when fully operational will have call centres, data centres, offices and sales outlets. They will need support from small vendor firms that will supply stuffs, sells payment cards etc.

6.YOUWIN is just one of the above.

7.Ongoing construction along d federation has employed contract staffs in thousands

These are the few I can mention for now.

GEJ PR is poor with respect to showcasing his successes. The opposition is just using controlled media to rubbish his achievements but really he has tried.

How, Bt it is not what I asked, I mean something he has done that has touched most Nigerians @ d same time, eg gsm. Have you ever thought of Nigeria having 80% of constant power supply, do you know how things we become cheap, Hw many lives we be saved in d health care sector. Have u ever thought of corruption level of Nigeria reduced by 50%, do you know how many tins dat will change. The problem we have as nigerians most of us don't believe our country can get better.

i use to think the idiom that "he who the gods want to kill will first run mad" was figurative.....GEJ makes it literal........lol

I use to think his handlers were his problem but when he opens his mouth to talk, I realize that he is a problem to his handlers
