Well of cause, a huge part of Neil will always be in love Saloni. And there is no hurry to get married to Nishi when his friend is having a major crisis in her family life.
Neil saw what we all saw, when he decided that Nahar didn't deserve Saloni. Nahar was following Chiangni around and at the same time accusing his wife of be untrust worthy.

Don't compare Duljeet to Neil. They make look the same in the surface, but indept that are very different.

Welp! Here we go with the selective amnesia again the reason Nahar lost faith in Saloni was due to Neil manipulating Nahar. He ruined his best friends reputation in the process weren't Neil and Chiangni in cahoots to destroy Saloni and Nahars marriage at some point? I agree Nahar doesn't deserve Saloni but in the end in spite of knowing Neil since childhood she didn't marry him she chose and fell in love with Nahar the Rajput prince. Fact remains Saloni will spend the next seven lifetimes with Nahar and Neil will also get rejected by Saloni for the next seven lifetimes.
