I don't understand why Aljazeera will insult African most populous black nation's by calling him something else. Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, is the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and we all have an obligation to respect his office and his person.......http://ow.ly/IOZcz 5 Likes 2 Shares

You think they are insulting him? Let me tell you something. Even African countries ruled by dictators do not like him. For a country this rich to be held hostage by a corrupt cabal of less than 50, a terror group which was left to grow from nothing, criminal militants posing as freedom fighters ; he deserves every ridicule he get. A leader when challenged, should always rise up to the challenges to his constitutional authority by mobilising the country to meet those challenges. Jonathan was elected with a mandate never seen before in this country. Instead of consolidating his support base through good governance, good politics and transparent leadership, he went the opposite way by turning the country into an animal farm. He invited all sorts of evil people into the polity. For instance,Instead of winning the heart of the SW ACN with their army of technocrat who could have easily made his government work, he congregated an army of thugs and never do Wells like Fayose, Obanikoro,Bode George etc. Just Ben akabwueze alone would have given him a budget which actually made sense( unlike Iweala) Same thing for rivers and Edo. Just imagine if Jonathan had taken responsibility and assisted lagos state with the metro instead of another useless monument in Abuja called Abuja city tower. Just imagine if he has invested some of the money stolen under his government on lagos- ibadan high speed rail. Just imagine if he had added 10000MW to electricity generation. With the kind of money earned in the last 6 years, he could easily have done this with billions left to steal. He would have been slam dunking himself back to power. The SW would have simply told the north to take a chill pill. 39 Likes |

In as much as I want a change in government. In as much as I do not want GEJ to return. I will never subscribe to foreign or local media disrespecting our president. He's still our president till May 2015 I respect him for being our president and I respect the office he's occupying Sai Buhari all the way. 37 Likes 3 Shares |

Insulting the president of your country isn't the mark of one with positive CHANGE in mind. That's hypocrisy!! 12 new federal universities,125 Almajiri schools plus 25 under construction, taking our children off the streets..and you say President Jonathan is badluck?? 15 Likes |

When Nigerians choose to make d office of d president a laughing stock by calling d president all sort of unwarranted names wot do u expect? If u think d insult is only gej alone then u are lying because he is d face of Nigeria, so everyone of u calling him clueless is also clueless and even more clueless because u don't present a bad kola to ur visitors rather u present ur best kola 10 Likes |

Aljazeera, an internationally acclaimed news agency can't stoop so low. I was one of those that tweeted and retweeded and called for the release of their journalists in Egypt. The janjaweedeans should look for another lie 6 Likes |
