1. Account Officer

Job Responsibilities

Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing.
Prepare and verify daily report.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Maintain general ledger at account level.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of BSC/HND in Accounting or related course
2- 3 years working experience in the same field
Keen attention to details and effective communication skills.
Must be computer literate

2. Cashier Officer

Job Responsibilities

To receive payment.
Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
Resolve amount discrepancies.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Process returns and check to see if items are damaged.
Resolve customer complaints.
To carry out bank transactions.

Qualifications and experience:

A minimum of BSC/HND in relevant discipline
2-3 years working experience in the same field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to pay keen attention to details.
Smart and excellent communication skills
