Yes o. Its like paid tips is the latest scam in town.
My suggestion is this: People have to patronise tipsters. But I think a tipster that is promising what he cant deliver should be removed immediately. This will protect newbies and prevent people from thinking that perhaps the mods are benefiting from such dubious activities.
