JOB DESCRIPTION
Applicants will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of the Loan Portfolio.
D[b]UTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES[/b]
• Analysis and interpretation of financial statements of businesses in order to assess the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
• Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arrange to opens new loan account.
• Prepares and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loan in kind.
• Have good knowledge about guideline of regulatory body and able to prepare loan reports for internal and external use.
• Monitors the loan and follows up of the timely repayment.
• Maintains contact and maintain good relationship with client.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory policies & procedure.

2. CREDIT ADMIN OFFICER

To provide credit and administrative support to The Credit department

JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary focus of the Credit Officer is to provide credit and administrative support to the Credit department in the development and maintenance of the loan portfolio, while ensuring excellent of service to new and existing customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be responsible for ensuring that all credit facilities are duly approved by all approving authorities
• To ensure that all documentations are in order before loan disbursement.
• To ensure all related documentations are processed in accordance with the bank’s policy.
• To conduct verifications and authenticity of loan documents.
• To ensure proper filing of documents and reports
• To ensure collateral's are registered in compliance with regulatory policies.
• To keep all legal documents under dual control system And to monitor expiration of collateral/guarantee.


SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
