APC Mocks Obanikoro’s Ministerial Nomination by olokfor: 12:25pm On Feb 18, 2015 |
Publicity Secretary of the APC, Mr Joe Igbokwe, questioned the rationale behind the nomination of Senator Musliu Obanikoro, wondering what value the President was expecting from minister who recently resigned from the Federal Executive Council, FEC. The party added that recycling people will certainly not take the nation to greater heights. The party said: “Is Musiliu the only Lagosian qualified to serve in the Federal Executive Council? As a minister, Obanikoro recently left the Jonathan cabinet to pursue a failed governorship ambition. “Why is it that the President has turned the FEC to a games’ room and not for serious-minded personalities? Is the nomination Jonathan’s way of placating the former minister, who lost the PDP governorship ticket in primary that returned more ballot than the number of accredited delegates? http://www.metronaija.com/2015/02/apc-mocks-obanikoros-ministerial.html |
