Yes they take a month or more than a month because they now verify documents submitted and also call applicants on the phone for interview...... i had such issue and decided to visit the embassy to pick up my visa.

Pleas how long did you waited reach b4 yo now go there for ur visa, and Did they call you, thanks

I submitted 7th of Jan and had a phone interview on Tuesday 3rd Feb by one of their staff who calld to ask me few questions about my documents and application... So when I didn't get a message for pick up after the interview, I decided to visit the French embassy on Thursday 5th Feb for my passport and my visa was issued instantly..

Thanks boss, but please did you mail them or call them, after that ten workings day, wen you did not Hear anything from them

I went to the embassy very early......u need to be at the embassy before 12pm
