Many believe that the devil is the God of this world. I want to let you know that devil is not a God. There is only on God, the God of heaven and earth.

Man was not a God at the beginning so to say. He was a prince under God's authority. When Satan stole the septire of authority God gave to man, he did not become a God but a prince according to the order of the man he stole the septire from.

This is how the devil became a Prince of the world.

But l want to tell you, the devil is no more a prince of this world either.

When the world fell under the authority of the devil, new prince. God decided to retrieve the septire of the authority of this world from devil. To do that, he had to raise another prince who will go to retrieve this septire of authority.

The new Prince was, the Prince of peace (Jesus Christ).

When the prince of peace came to the battle field (the world). He declared in John 12:31, "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out."

Many people believe the devil will be cast out at rapture or at the end of the world. If they know he has been cast out long ago. They will not be looking forward to the end of the world but be in alignment with the new prince of the world to reposition the world.

In John 12:32 Jesus continued, "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me." Jesus the new Prince who came to liberate man from the rule of the devil, show how it was going to happen.

John 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

The Prince of peace (Jesus Christ) saw the prince of this world (devil) coming at him at the grand finale of the battle for the authority of this world. He did the unthinkable.

He did nothing but use a spiritual law to destroy the devil.

John 14:31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

What was the commandment the Father gave the prince of peace?

Isaiah 42:3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth judgment unto truth.

He will not reply any attack till he is killed. Why? Ezekiel 18:4 declared it, "Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die."

The soul that did not sin shall not die, if it is killed takes the life of the killer.

When the prince of this world (Satan) killed the prince of peace. He did not know the Prince of peace was no sinner like the rest of the world until be was summoned to the court of justice.

John 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

After this judgement, the long term prince of this world was not only stripped of the authority to rule over this world but lost his life (sentenced to everlasting damnation).

The Prince of peace (Jesus Christ) was handed the septire of this world.

Revelation 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Jesus is now the Prince of this world. Anyone who sees the devil as a Prince of this world is ignorant of spiritual truth.

when devil promised Jesus the entire world, which Jesus refused; why did Jesus tell the devil that he (devil) can not give or promise to him what he does not have?

The question is what is world? what is the meaning of the noun "world"?
