What an iidiot you are. How many military men have you seen with an NYSC certificate.

Only civilians, alas youths of less than 30 yrs old are expected to serve for a year. Some graduates over 30 don't even have it because they are not required to do it.

And for military personnels, they guide you during your nysc, and they serve their nation at higher capacity as required for 20-25 years onward of military service to the nation.
