1. Jonathan(PDP) Vs Timpre Sylva(APC)

According to Section 37(1) of the nigeria criminal code,
Any person who levies war against the State, in order to intimidate or overawe the President or the Governor of a State, is guilty of treason, and is liable to the punishment of death.

JONATHAN:
Goodluck Jonathan was attacked and pelted with stone in Bauchi State. Rather than arrest perpetrators, the President allowed it to rest but admonished Nigerians that such offence was treasonable.

SYLVA(APC)
In 2010 then Governor Sylva was pelted with stone while on a rally with Jonathan in Bayelsa State. A man (suspect) was arrested and was tried for Treasonable Felony. Sylva is the APC Senatoral Candidate in Bayelsa for the 2015 poll.

2. Goodluck Jonathan(PDP) Vs Tunde Fashola(APC)

JONATHAN(PDP):
In his 2012 announcement of the change of name from UNILAG to Moshood Abiola University(MAULAG), students and lecturers of the institution staged protests, blocked 3rd Mainland bridge and called the government to revert back to UNILAG. Nobody was arrested or arraigned. The Government of Jonathan reverted to UNILAG after much protests and opposition.

Jonathan Reverts to UNILAG

FASHOLA(APC)
Around June 2014, students of Lagos State Universtity staged peaceful protests against the exorbitant tuition fee paid by the students. They were brutalised and shot at in front of the Governor's office. Some were arrested.
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/06/lasu-students-protest-attempt-picket-fasholas-office-turns-bloody/
According to the SUG President
“They shot at us, teargassed us, shot live bullets at us right in front of the governor’s office. It is sad that they shot at us. We came to hear the announcement of the reduction in school fees,”

It didn't stop there, 8 Students were charged to court for "Breach of Peace"
http://www.punchng.com/metro-plus/eight-lasu-students-arraigned-for-breach-of-peace/

Even after the court granted them bail, the police still went further to obtain arrest warrant against them in September 2014.

3. JONATHAN(PDP) Vs FASHOLA(APC) II

JONATHAN(PDP)
During the subsidy Protest in January 2012 hashtagged #OccupyNigeria, we all condemned in strong terms the crackdown of protesters in some part of the country. Jonathan through the IGP ordered for the Arrest and detention of a Police DPO that shot at protester in Agege, Lagos. Jonathan further negotiated with Labour and a truce was reached.

Raji Fashola(APC)
Similarly, few months after his re-election, Gov Fashola implemented the Lekki toll in December 2011. Attempts by protesters under the banner of #OccupyLekki to protest was met by brutalisation and arrest by thugs loyal to the then ACN(now APC) and Police Respectively.

God sparing our lives we shall continue to probe into the antecedents of the "Change" agents. Fellow Nigerians, please look at the substance of the thread and not the antagonism of the poster(barcanista). My commitment for a better Nigeria can never be sacrificed for partisanship. Change does not come through rhetoric or by hiding behind the General Buhari. It can't be achieved where there is no sincerity.

Before , l noticed the PDP gabbage at the other side. Now, I just realized that I was sitting on an APC gabbage bin.

I have crossed to the other side with less gabbage -PDP.

Now , it's just getting interesting, l can't crossover to my former position because l just discovered that am in deep poo. Am sitting on a mountain of PDP gabbage.

It's unfortunate that this opposition only talk about federal government as if government starts and end with FG. Here in Port Harcourt, you hardly see where pump is running. Instead the governor is using the money for such project for useless projects like monorail.
