All I want is a semi urban place with electricity, good networks and water and yes a local school where I can teach.

Very funny!!! I wouldn't really like a busy city setting either, who doesn't want electricity, good network and water

As in ehh this kind of aproach only exist in Horizontal communication oo where hierachial levels differs but ours here is a parallel communication naa where we operate form d same level

You don't have to be at least for now, she needs you. However I will advice you to abstain from any form of intimacy with her and give her sometime (around 6 months) when she would have gone past the window period for any STD (3months for HIV and 6 months for hepatitis) she can then go for a general checkup for all sexually transmitted diseases. Prior to that time tho she should still have the vaginal swab cos gonorrhea and some other bacterial infections are real and can cause future infertility. On a second thought she should go to any good hospital and talk to a doctor immediately.
