Yesterday, February 23, the entire youths and elders in Ujogba, ward 3, Esan West Local government area of Edo State defected to SDP with a solemn promise to vote. Idumonza Isidahomhen as Senator representing. Edo central in the soon coming election.

In recent times the political tide Of Esanland appears to be changing in favour of the Social Democratic Party senatorial flagbearer as more and more discontented members of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party and opposition, All Progressive Party are now publicly declaring their support for Idumonza Isidahomhen having found solace in his honest and intellectual stride to genuinely change the fortune of the people for the better.

Amongst other districts in the last couple of weeks who have turned in their loyalty for the prospective fresh air promised by the SDP, Ward 3 in Ujoba community is the latest settlement of people to pour out enmass yesterday, pitching their tents with Mr Idumonza who have vowed to utilise the federal legislative power at his disposal when he is voted as senator of Esan Central in righting the wrongs that have been plaguing the people and fanning underdevelopment in the land.

Speaking to reporters Mr Odiah a PDP former stalwart in Ujogba said ''We have had enough of mismanagement of our mandate thats is why we are all here to support Idumonza and SDP to champion our cause in the national assembly''

With the date of the election March 28 only few weeks away, Idumonza Isidahomhen of the Social Democratic Party appears to be be winning the hearts and mind of more and more people of Esanland obviously at the detriment of the already deformed structure of the PDP and APC.
