Skill Enhancement Centre was set up to provide outsourced Human Resources Services to small but discerning companies who are interested in building reputable world class business in line with international practice.
We assist small/medium size companies form structures, develop the right business strategy and form business foundation that will enable the companies grow and even outlive them. We also take up their Human Resources responsibilities, by providing them with the necessary Human Resources services needed for the success of their various businesses. In addition to this and as our contribution to Human Capital Development, we have developed a mutual benefit program designed to assist both the small/medium size business as well as University students.

STUDENT ENGAGEMENT PROGRAM (SEP)
The Student Engagement Program is meant to provide third and final year students with work experience while still in school. We partner the student with an Organization that requires his/her service during school holiday.
