On 26 February 2015 at the Chatham House, London, rather than put blames on his agile and combatant deputy, Major General Tunde Idiagbon who is now late or the then military ranks and files, which included Gen. Sani Abacha & Gen. Ibrahim Babangida, the former Head of State took responsibility for his actions and inaction and reiterated the need for a better leadership and expressed his satisfaction of becoming a true democrat. This action is against the blame game that the incumbent administration is known for.

Nigeria needs a president with guts, if they truly they are interested in pushing the country above the horrible level, she has been for the 16 years of the PDP rule.

If truely nigerians are in need of a true leader to move ahead this nation...a population of 170 million,at of 36 states governors,we can still shop for the best credibility governor judging from their input for their past 8yrs in office.
Are there really credible one amongst them?

I think at this moment, our hopes lie heavy on Buhari’s shoulders. The presidency is not a job that should be limited to the political class only, but even then of all the governors I would have to say Fashola is my preferred choice as successor to Buhari. At no point have I seen him unable to explain a situation in lagos or be unaware of some issue of relevance to the public. We had had endless excuses from the president over the last six years, and we are just tired of his lack of enthusiasm for real work. Voting him out, is really a mercy operation for him.
