Amaechi and Kwankwaso spent the majority of their regime as PDP governors, hence majority of the "achievements" they recorded as governors were achieved when they were PDP governors. I have personally been there and I spent almost 300 thousand naira just to conduct x-ray and CT scan on a family friend. It is purely a business venture owned and managed by an isreali firm. So pls Op don't and I mean don't decieve nairalanders. Thanks.

IMO people routing for PDP's are the ungrateful people. I was in when Mr Green and Clean (Ohakim) was Governor of that State under PDP. His government was a total flop. Rochas became Governor and Owerri has become a lively city and a very beautiful one for that matter, yet Imo people don't seem to realize what they have that those of us from even oil rich state don't have despite our supposed wealth_quality leadership.Like they prefer a failure like TA Orji sOrjiAsOrjiAas Governor once he is a member of PDP. Similar behavior is what led to the defeat of Ngige by two failures like Obi and the current man. 's two and half years record could not be broken by Obi and Ngcurrent Governor, yet AnambrAnambraople refused electing Ngige because he left the killer party PDP. you guys are very very funny. that diagnostic center is in the name of his father. that is a pet project that he have his wife to run and oversee. the state specialist hospital is overgrown with weeds and goats. he destroyed the state hospital and built his own hospital. it's business oriented for his pocket. it's not free, no individual can go there to receive free treatment. as it stands now, no government hospital is running in the town apart from the federal medical center and that had been overcrowded by patients.

guy, if you see the truth you say the truth. if you where involved in an accident in owerri, you would be taken to FMC owerri not to the state owned hospital which is moribund. the owner of that diagnostic center was in FMC begging doctors to refer patients to the diagnostic center. there are no competent doctors in that center. I visited there to assess the place; dialysis is N30,000 while in other places its N25,000. besides, you still have to visit a doctor outside the diagnostic center for follow-up. Most consultants complain of the price and the quality of their images. however, there dialysis machines work very well and their CT machine is the closest to the FMC
