Hello everyone here, kindly advise me if i can visit my husband in uk using (family visit visa). He is a non-eea family member, dirvoced, have uk 5 years residence card which will expire in 2016. we got married nigeria in october 2014 and i am planning to visit him and come back to my work, pending when he get his ILR.

The last time he came after our wedding, he dropped some documents to aid me for this application and he will send me invitating including recent document in some weeks time.

Will i be granted visa to visit him in uk for 3 weeks?
