1, At what age in weeks did you pick ur first egg.
2. When did you achieve 50 % production.
3. At what age did you achieve peak production and for how long was it sustained.
pls indicate if your birds are on deep litters or in cage.
This will really help a lot of prospective farmers and newbies.

Davidzfarms, am a newbie in d poultry biz located in enugu. My birds will be 16 weeks by tuesday and am having challenges in dere housing. I av 500birds and dey seem to be overcrowded in d space I provided 4 dem. Am actually tinking of selling of 200 of den as P.O.L SO as to reducr dere quantity. Any1 interested?

Sure. you will get smone. overcrowding is not good at all for laying birds.

1: debeak the birds in a professional manner.
2: Do not over stock.
3: Provide good nest box for the to lay.
4: Use feeds rich in calcium.

-1: how often do you change the litters, vaccinate them, types of drugs used, deworming, anticocidial , feeding time etc.
