Religion, Global Terror And Nigerian Elections. by mekaboy(m): 1:08pm On Mar 03, 2015
At the end of this writeup i expect comments calling me a religious bigot but so be it.

In the past we in Nigeria watch cnn and see casualties from suicide bomb attacks, we say "this cant happen in Nigeria" . Some say Nigerians love their life so much they cant commit suicide . Our comedians joked about it and said Nigerians cant commit suicide.

While we were busy joking about terrorism, claiming Nigerians can commit suicide. A part of the country was getting inspired by the news. Sharia law which is linked with religion was allowed into our constitution.

America was attacked and the world trade center was bombed, once again a part of the country celebrated. It meant nothing to us, but also inspired people from a part of the country of some religion.

We focused on the news watching terror attacks outside Nigeria, while people of some religion and a part of the country were laying the foundation in our backyard.

They began cutting of the hands of those who stole, forcing of a dress code on people and destroying alcoholic beverages in some parts of the country. Well whats our business? we are free in the parts we operate from.

The excitement of this new sharia law got some elders and leaders of some part of this country to ask for more. They looked at the way things were already going and desired to see this carried out all over the country as that religion is believed to be superior to all others.

This led to one of the elders of a certain part of the country publicly saying that he will support sharia to be spread accross the whole country. That was a burning desire and a dream he had deep within, unfortunately he did not have the power to bring this to pass.

As the hands were being cut off and blood littered the streets of that part of the country, the christians began to ask questions like " is this right?" Is there no better way to handle this than all this blood?" . Once again the excited elder and who's greatest desire was to have the full sharia practiced in the whole country, came out publicly to respond to the christians. His response was "what is the business of Christians if we choose to cut our own hands of? ".

To others its a normal response, but i feel it was harsh and did not sound right for a united secular Nigeria.

The sharia movement began growing from a cute harmless baby that was adobted into the constitution of our government, to a large monster asking to become a government of its own.

former president yaradua was shocked at this little sharia baby growing wings and asking to be given some part of Nigeria to govern, decided to forcefully remind it that it was going too far.

The monster was wounded, it recieved treatment from elders and supporters from that part of the country. It then return to retaliate. By the time it came back, it met goodluck jonathan as president and started attacking the govt.

Goodluck jonathan who was shocked to she the monster that innocent baby sharia has grown to, called on the family and part of this country that raised the child to find a solution. Time was running out as this monster was now attacking. At some point the monster called on that elder from that religion and part of the country to speak for him during negotiations with th3 govt. The demands were already impossible for govt and the elder from that region declined and believed he would obe day be in charge of the govt and enable the desires of the monster to be met.

The govt could no longer fold its hands and watch the monster attack and stike mainly churches and establishments of western countries in Nigeria. It then struck the monster. As soon as this happened, This same elder and his group attacked the govt verbally , saying " an attack on the monster is an attack on that part of Nigeria". Instead of turning the people of the region against the monster, this elder turned the people against the govt. making them believe the monster was their friend and govt the enemy. Unfortunately for this elder he was no longer in the army and could not take power by force like it did early from a democratic govt in the past. So thw elder thought to himself, " maybe i can ride on the back of this monster and either terrify Nigerians to chase the current govt out of power or make them percieve him as weak and bring me in". After all this monster mostly attacked christians. At some point the activities of the monster became unbearable to th3 extent that people from the same religion joint hands in striking the monst3r. This led to the monster turning around to attack those from the same religion and saw them as traitors.

In 2011 this elder contested power, They have planned to have a president from th3 religion that gave birth to the monster as president and vice president. But because they knew they cant have the votes of Christians, they picked a pastor in the name of tunde bakare who they want3d to resign after 6months so that this country will be controlled by the monster. But it failed and ev3r since 2011 Nigeria has know no peace. They celebrate each time th3 monster attacks and ar3 angry whenever th3 monster is attacked.

2015 is here .again they have picked another pastor as vp while the ride on the back of the monster to victory.

Th3 monster has been spitting fire, burning place and the smoke has covered the eyes of most Nigerians that they cant see th3 transformation of the transport, agriculture, aviation, industry, power etc of this govt. Nigerians are meant to believe th3 administration did nothing even though it spent 60% of its time fighting the monster.

This monster has others like known as elshaba, IsIS etc. Th3y have a single aim of uniting and take over the world. Getting other religions to bow at its feet.

fuel scarcity, unemployment, lack of power supply, health and bad roads, even though this administration has done alot to improve significantly in these areas in the past 4 years, it is nothing compared to the reign of terror that will enslav3 Nigeria if we enthrone this monster.

Nigeria has been able to weaken the monster to this level b3cause the head of this country is against th3 monster. Imagine what the monster in partnership with fellow monsters around th3 world will do to u and i if the head of this country supports it.

Vote wisely, dont enthrone this beast of terror in Nigeria. Lets unit3 and put an end to th3 monster, the supporting elder and its global support.

Nigerians please be wise. We need a head that does not sympathise with them.

buhari shares the same vision with them.

You can all see the synchronisation of terror activities around the world. They say u cannot change what u tolerate. We have managed to push bokoharam this far apart because the head does not tolerate it. But we know buhari tolerates bokoharam and therefore will create an enabling environment for terrorism to grow again in Nigeria.

Stand behind the Nigerian Army and say #Neveragin to terror and its sympathisers(buhari). You can only do this by voting Gej with ur PVC.

Safet5 first before roads, food, jobs, electricity etc.
