If I scan my lapy with malwarebytes anti-malware, it will display some files or programes as PUP(Potentially Unwanted Program) or PUM(Potentially Unwanted Modification), though identifying them as non malwares. What are these PUPs and PUMs? Are they really threats? Will removing/deleating them cause adverse effect to my system? Which is better deleting or ignoring them? Thanks a million for your answers!
