The personal banker is a relationship management role but he's not expected to go out. he stays in the bank and manage relationships while coordinating DSA activities. he does inquiries, manages loan affairs, fixed deposits and all for his customers . he just does inquiries and a little more for his customers. So he's just a little higher than the enquiries officer.

Dey told us that regret mail won't b sent to anyone. Who did dey send the regret msg to and plz paste it here so that we can confirm it because I wrote over the weekend and am yet to get any mail.

Bro, the panic isn't needed. I wrote the test on friday, the 5th, too. Having been not contacted, and from previous experiences, I take that to mean they chose to send messages to unsuccessful candidates first, and the successful later.

A one week induction course in Lagos. Then most other trainings will be organised in your region and a few at the center in Lagos.

The internal staff that are participating in this recruitment, do you have any idea if they are still waiting medicals like us or has their own recruitment been concluded?

After the whole recruitment process, will Stanbic IBTC send us to training school (like they do for their Graduate Trainees) or is it gonna be on the job training...

I know quite a number that have resumed between January and April though most are NFTEs that were upgraded to FTEs. At least 1 is an outsider with no banking experience. The recruitmemt is in batches eventhough its done on a regional/zonal basis. Some stages still require input from the center, like the exco chat and candidates are merged irrespective of their regions.

Let me be specific. For candidates who wrote the test on 5th june, particulrly at anthony, why have success mails not been sent? Why have those who failed been the only ones contacted? This also extends to those who wrote on the island same date/weekend.

I also wrote on the 5th@ Anthony. Do u knw any1 who wrote same friday dat received a regret mail? My friend dat got wrote on saturday.
