Took the assessment on the 3rd of July at Walter Carrington, had just one interview on the 22nd of July, had medical and documentation mail on 24th and got the proposed renumeration mail on the 6th of August and today I got the offer letter and on boarding forms mail. All for debt recovery officer.

Congrats Chief, so ud be resuming Sept 7th

Still contemplating about resuming 7th or 21st of September cause of the position I hold at my present place of work, resuming 7th might be too much of a shock to the company. I really wish to start as soon as possible.

Chai! See God's grace in motion oo!. I pray to be favoured too. Had my test on July 25th in PH for Private commercial banking officer, haven't gotten a response since then.

All the best....I don't about interview questions for inquiry officers but just prepare for the normal interview questions and read the JD sent to you.

Glory be to God, I got my offer letter mail this morning 10th August. I was first contacted for an assessment test on July 1st at Walter Carrington and today its all testimony. I want to encourage everyone here to be hopeful and pray more, yours too will come in Jesus name. I have been following this thread a long time but am one of those who only choose to read comments (maybe that will change now) and I must confess you guys are doing a great job. May I begin by saying a big congrats to you on your offer mail. Please, I have a few questions I would like you to help me answer:

(a) I intend applying to any of the roles at Stanbic IBTC but I am a fresh graduate without experience, which would you advise I choose?

(b) What's the best method for applying: dropping my CV at a branch or sending it via their email?

(c) If I'm to submit at a branch, can it be at any of their branches or at their regional offices only? Again, will submitting only the CV do or I will need to include a cover letter and my credentials?

(d) I am confused about selecting a location if I am to apply via email; can I choose any state of the federation or just Lagos, Abuja or Portharcourt (cos these are the only cities I see people here talking about)

I would appreciate a prompt response. Thanks.

It's good you study the JD sent to you and some frequently asked interview questions but you must practice some customer care application questions. One of which I know will always come out is

How will you handle an angry customer that walk up to you in the bank.


Another is, how will you handle a situation where a customer complained of a technical fault which you know yourself that you don't know much abt and yiur colleagues are also busy attending to other customers

These questions are important for equiry officer interview
