Nothing to worry bro. NYSC experience isn't much relevant here but in case it comes up, just tell them as it is. You left a while ago and were paid yyy naira then. I don't think they will even make inquiry on your service job. For the 2nd experience, still tell them as it is. You were paid by hand and zzz naira. If they make enquiry from they company they will get thesame info. Just ensure that whatever response you give is the truth. Best wishes.

Hope you were not sacked for some negative reasons on your part because reference will be required from your previous employer . If not, please flaunt your previous experience as it will count for you as an added advantage. By the way, I was sacked from my banking job in 2012 but for no fault of mine. I used my experience there to bargain for my present job and my previous employer gave good reference on me when inquiry was made. I still include it as part of my CV. So nothing to worry dear. Use it to your advantage. Good luck.

You can fit in any position. So pick your area of interest. On my advise, Asset custodian should fit you. Cheers!

The online application is usually position specific. You must have chosen a position in a location. Please try to remember. The insurance job is like any other you know and is independent of the bank though both are members of the same group. As for Masters program, the bank encourages self development as much as possible. You can continue with your studies by arranging for casual leave with your line manager when you resume work. Its allowed and its encouraged. That's how flexible Stanbic bank is.

No need to worry about the interview. Just have all your personal details in your memory, kind of memorizing your CV. Then of course some knowledge about the organization; current happenings in the industry; competencies of the job function which is same as customer service officer in other places. About the salary account, just tell them you were receiving your pay by hand and tell them the amount. If you have an employment letter from your present employer you should. go along with it. It should contain some detail about your pay. Just answer any questions honestly because enquiry will be made from your present employer. Ensure you are relaxed and confident. You may be asked about your weaknesses, please say it as it is because that will be used to determine your training needs as you commence the job. Please feel free to ask any further questions and I'll gladly respond as much as I can. Good luck.

There's nothing ridiculous about an honestly earned pay. What matters here is your experience while earning that pay and how you will use it to add value to yourself and the organisation. If asked about pay, tell them as it is. If they think its important they will make enquiry from your employer. Just ensure they don't receive a contrary info from what you tell them. Good luck.

No it wont, categorically. Both fresh and experienced applicants are considered here. You just need to convince them that your experience can be used to enhance and project the organization and yourself. For you to have scaled the test means you have the right aptitude for the job. I don't want to sound like I'm the one choosing the applicants here but... you have atleast shown yourself as a potential by passing the test. Just relax and get yourself thru the less challenging stages. Hope to see you soon as a member of the Standard bank group.
