Date Formed: 10th March,1905
On the evening of 10th March,1905 in an upstairs room at the Rising Sun Sub on Fulham Road,Chelsea FC was formed. Among the Founding Directors were Millionaire owner Henry Augustus 'Gus' Mears,his brother Joseph,their brother-in-law Henry Boyer,Publican Alfred Janes and his nephew Edwin who ran the Rising Sun.
Russian Billionaire Roman Abrahmovic took over in 2003. The club were rank by Forbes in May 2014 as the sixth most valuable football club.

ChelseaFC are the only London club to win the UEFA Champions League,and one of the four clubs and the only British club to have won all three main UEFA club competition namely; UEFA Champions League,UEFA Cup Winners Cup,UEFA Europa League.
