The pains of not having light 4 wks triggered dis anger. I knw hw painful it is 2 c dis phcn officials cut ur light even wen der av not been supplying de light just bc u ave'nt paid a month bill. I don't pity de guy, he deserves it. If na pson whr get sense, he wud neva try it again. |
