Family PLANNING by Nobody: 8:01pm On Mar 10, 2015 |
Gone are the days when our grandparent would marry 2 wives and sometimes 3 and if possible 4 and bare 20-40 children for cultivation of their farm. It really helped them in one or two ways 'cos it suited their generation and time. Fastforward>>>>>>>2015 One dare not give birth to 15 children in our modern society cos such an one is only attracting burdens he cannot bare on his shoulders. Looking @ the hardship and economic crisis, corruption wheret he poor gets poorer while the rich get richer. What baffles me the most is how the rich birth 3 children, predominantly 2 children when they have enough money to cater for a whole community. But the poor ignorantly or permit to say foolishly birth 1 or 2 dozen of children thereby causing unwanted overcrowding to mother earth, Rasing up thugs and riffrafs who end up causing mayhem in our community. Only few of them make good impact to the growth of our community and nation at large. Now my question goes thus: Why do the poor bluntly over look the harsh condition they find themselves in to bare dozen or weird numbers of children they cannot take good care of? Is it because they are not well informed about family planning or they think we're still in slavery age when parents sold off their children for survival or greedy purposes? YOUR OPINIONS ARE WELCOME!!! |
