I predict that by the time Rochas Okorocha is elected to the Presidency after GMB's term expires, the SE and SS may give him the least votes of the 6 Geopolitical zones. Ndigbo should actually forget this. The choice before us now are too weighty and defining for us to expend much needed energy wallowing in pettiness. The choice today is between Jonathan who has done many projects in igboland as a president and buhari who relegated igbos to the backwater of Nigerias politics as a Head of state. Jonathan made igbo a commander of the army. Buhari had no igbo in any strategic command as a HoS not to even allow any a seat in the ruling council. Buhari was HoS from Dec 1983 to August 1985, then the PTF chairman during the Abacha years, where are his projects in igboland? He is regarded highly in the north today mainly because of what he did in that area while in command, what did he do for the much maligned igbo man That's the crux of the matter. This man has a great deal of igbo blood in his hands. . A proven REMORSELESS killer. From the coup of of July 29th 1966 through the subsequent progroms to the genocidal war in the east, Buhari was a killing machine, eliminating innocent igbo women and children in droves. Essentially, for the igbo, if this election is framed as a choice between two devils, the better devil is Jonathan,, ijaw, warts and all.
