I did a job for somebody in Britain, he said he can only pay through paypal, skrill and other epayment gateway.

Now no international payment system allow Nigerian bank, with paypal you can only send and not receive.

And remember i did not know paypal was like that as i have already told him we use paypal so he can pay through paypal.

Now i cannot send invoice to him with paypal.

That means you will have to use Nigerian exchangers or some of us who can receive either PayPal or Skrill and give you the naira equivalent based on agreed exchange rate.
