Commercial Motorists – Carrying More Than 1 Passenger At The Front Seats In Lag by Deguy12: 12:24am On Mar 13, 2015
Hello People,

I have really noticed this anomaly a couple of times I have passed through the Lekki-epe expressway way, Commercial Motorists – PROUDLY carrying more than one passenger at the front seats of their vehicles in Lagos. These motorists usually ply Ajah-Lakowe axis using smaller vehicles and they pass road safety office all the time.

Could this be the right thing, has anyone experienced this before? How would these individuals wear safety belts and protect themselves.
I checked the offenses section of the Nigeria Road safety website, No 20 and saw overloading as an offer.

Please could this not be part of it?
