Ensuring the attainment of Client’s corporate objectives by effective management and coordination of the operations of the company and also provide general management oversight to management and staff.

• Head, Finance and Accounts
• Head, Human capital Management services
• Head Administration
Reports to
• Board of Directors
Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive formulation and implementation of E-business strategies and sets corporate business and operational goals/target
• Provide strategic directions to the organization
• Identify and enters into mutually rewarding partnership with relevant organizations, government/regulatory agencies, high net worth individuals etc in company’s interest
• Ensures integrity of accounting practices, financial records, risk management and technology practices etc.
•Provide the vision and leadership required to get the company growing and to prepare it for its future tasks
•Communicate the visions and goals of the organization
•Identify changes to governance model and make appropriate recommendations to the board of directors
•Oversee the overall performance of the company as follows
  Business Development
Ideas Generation and project Implementation
Profit Generation and enhancement of shareholders value
Brand Management
Staff Manning and Utilization
•Ensure the appropriate and equitable distribution of available resources amongst business units
•Create an enabling environment that empowers business unit heads to achieve all corporate objectives
•Build a corporate culture within the organization by sharing management vision with the company
•Ensures maintenance of peaceful and mutually beneficial relationship between the company and its employees and clients
•Ensure proper implementation of management decisions
Key Performance Indicators
•Overall company satisfaction
•Overall stakeholder/employee satisfaction
•Overall Financial performance (Growth of company’s finances)
*Attainment of financial targets for the financial year
•Overall efficiency of the company
Experience
•Minimum of 10-12 years working experience with a reputable organization
•A minimum of 6 years experience in E-business strategy formulation and Operation
Qualifications
•Possess a relevant first degree with additional qualifications in related technology and business management.
