Jonathan knows he has betrayed the Yoruba people that's why he keeps visiting the southwest. Yorubas have nothing to gain in Jonathan's administration, they have a lot to benefit in Buhari's administration. All thanks to Tinubu for making it happen. 8 Likes |

berem: Well-said. Truth be told, Jonathan has let all ordinary Nigerians down. He chose to work for and empower/enrich those who wish to keep Nigeria underdeveloped for their own pecuniary gains. This is why ordinary Nigerians will reject GEJ unanimously. It is clear, beyond the spin and propaganda, that ordinary Nigerians have not derived any positive benefit from the 5-year rule of Jonathan. 3 Likes |

Gbawe:the people of the southwest knows Jonathan has betrayed them and they didn't hide the truth from him. There are others who knows Jonathan has betrayed them but they choose to ignore the betrayal and support him blindly. Infact,Jonathan has betrayed Nigeria as a whole. He does not deserve a second term. 2 Likes |

LordMecuzy:God bless you! I'm always surprise when I read here that GEJ will win Benue.. Except is a different Benue from my Benue. GEJ cannot win a free and fair election here! Change is on everybody's lips from makurdi to kwande to any part of Benue you can think of.. The only part of Benue GEJ may win is the idoma speaking area (zone C) because of David Mark's influence. |

@Topic, Some people, like the OP, are as clueless as their god in Aso Rock. What an absurd way to use the word "betray"! Breaking News: SW has consistently demonstrated, openly, our choice of APC and Buhari. Even our Obas have not hidden their contempt for Jonathan and told him to his face they are not interested in his message. So which one be betrayal here? Op is "clueless", go and learn how to apply words before you open another topic here. 1 Like |

Very well articulated analysis, but I strongly don't fancy the word "betrayal", people voting out this corrupt, crooked, incompetent, lying, deceptive, fraudulent and mean spirited has nothing to do with betrayal but based on his failings across the board. About the SW, this man commuted the most heinous, tribal and destructive atrocities against the people of the SW and he's very unrepentant. This man got rid of many SW managers and top government officials in his administration and replaced them with his so called pillar of his administration which in it self was nothing but in your face tribal and mean spirited action. Ministerial positions were grossly curtailed Infrastructure activities in the SW was sabotaged from his refusal to release the track for the Lagos Metro Red line for no reason but meanness and political pettiness to refusal to meet the FG obligations regarding the Lagos deep seaport. The project is now on complete hold simply because of this man's thoughtless and devious actions. The same man openly insulted leaders in the region by calling them rascals. Few weeks ago, he called them motor park touts. Imagine this kind of venom and disrespect for an entire region coming from a sitting president. He refused to sanction or stop his minions from insulting people in the region and even his own wife jumped on the bandwagon, she is on tape openly and callously denigrating and insulting the same people her husband must have in his corner to win this election. Bottom line, this man is a very meanA/hole with zero respect for other people, he care less about nothing but power, he care less about Nigerians and their needs, hopes and aspiration. How do you rationalize nearly all his presidential actions from refusing for 2 weeks to accept the fact that hundreds of school kids in his care were kidnapped by terrorists to even refusing to fight the same terrorists for years by claiming it's the work of his political opponents. Ho do you justify the president of the country going dancing in Kano while the blood of innocent Nigerians was still wet on the ground? How do you justify the president of Nigeria dismissing everything even before any investigation? He dismissed EkitiGate and ignorantly labelled it fake even after his own officials and members of his party on that tape admitted their involvement. What kind crooked, corrupt, mean, lying and careless of president is this? What kind of president protects, promotes and reward corrupt and incompetent people with National awards? Again, this has nothing to do with betrayal, it's more about his own actions as the president of Nigeria, 2015 Nigerian voters are not the same 2011 Nigerian voters, we know better, we know what we want in 2015 and how to get it. 2 Likes 1 Share |

@Op, you should be more worried how the Masters up north will unanimously betray their slaves in the west who try to play smart by projecting a senile cum "Toronto" general as the presidential candidate of the dubious party. Don't be fooled the North are aware of your antics and will show you "whatsup" when chips are down. Once beaten twice shy(Obj and Yaradua's still very fresh in the minds). So don't count your chicks before they are hatched. |

MayorofLagos: Well, judging from the dynamics of Nigeria's ugly history, the "betray" might be uncomfortable to you. But sadly, not all your supporters may be that smart to hide such a sub conscious feeling. That's why we're individuals. |

buharisambisada:I believe you are not in any of those states. Take note that no PDP governorship candidate in the North ever call the name of GEJ In his personal campaign. Some even went as far as declaring Nigeria=GMB And State=themselves. There is this experience that I withness personally: an outgoing sitting PDP governor walking with an PDP Gov. aspirants, and PDP party executives in the state. The party chairman was complaining that the Governor should release funds for campaigning. The Governor turn around face them and says " Any one among you that is confident that he can deliver his ward to PDP In the coming pres. Election should come and meet me to collect campaign funds". And they all laugh and say 'it is not like that your excellency' |
