The Nigeria Football Federation has published on its official Twitter account the list of players summoned for the international friendlies against Bolivia and South Africa during the Fifa window later this month.

28 players have been invited by the Super Eagles handlers, with three foreign based professionals - Moses Simon, Odion Ighalo and Akeem Latifu - set to make their international bow after starring for the Nigeria Under 20s.

An analysis of the squad list revealed that 3 goalkeepers, 7 defenders, 8 midfielders and 10 attackers have been selected, including Chelsea loanee Victor Moses, who has been placed on standby.

There are recalls for Hapoel Beer Sheva John Ogu and in - form Cologne striker Anthony Ujah.

 But influential Chelsea star John Obi Mikel has been left out after failing to recover from a knee complaint.

10 players plying their trade in the domestic championship led by Azubuike Egwuekwe were considered good enough for the national team.
