Yes He can... if and only if Uniosun introduces new courses...they will ask people that didn't choose them in UTME to apply 4 those courses...

My institution gives a copy version of transcript , it would be pasted on it as copy n it isn't confidential like you people make it seem on NL as uni Ilorin also gives students a copy of their transcript while one might be sent to the institution with other or more details but there is nothing extremely confidential in Transcript, as presently I have my copy of my transcript and this differs from that sent to Uniosun as that comes in a different kind of paper with other remarks in envelope to the registrar unlike that with me that is basically result based.

it depends on d course u ar putting in for. management sci and social sci ar paying #105k for d first year and 95k for d subsequent years. dats all I kno. I rep management sci, Accounting to be precise. #peace

sorry please I need more light into my issue.
I finished my ND at Yabatech and I studied accountancy; having a strong upper credit.
I chose Osun state uni as my second choice in my Direct Entry registration.
1- what are my chances of getting admitted?
2- will there be any post UTME exams to get admission? If yes please shed more light as to how it is if No please help me state the criteria for selecting candidates
3- I have submitted a copy to Jamb, how do I go about submitting the school's copy?
4- How near should I send my transcript to the school?
5- Please provide me with all other necessary information that might be useful for me.

Help a brother.
