I am interested in knowing more about lovely cities in the West Africa as part of integration

From perusing NL, cities recommended are

1. Dakar
2. Accra
3. Abidjan (not so recommended)

Based on the voices and opinions, I think Dakar would be first but anyone with an intimate and current knowlegde of other cities would be appreciated

Questions of interest are

1. Places of attraction to visit
2. Good and not-too-expensive places to stay
3. Major cities in the country and if its possible to visit 2 OR 3 cities
4. The nightlife
5. Possible budget one requires
6. Attitide of locals to visitors
7. Secutiry concerns
8. Transportation
9. Local dishes

Thanks

Sorry if it seems i trounced Abidjan but the general view is that its not as tight considering the war.
However if there's anyone who's been there in the last 12 months, I would appreciate the feedback

Tx
