The other day basketmouth proclaimed on twitter that he spends over N360,000 a month or N4.3 million naira a year. A week before a friend on Facebook had asked his friends how much money they spent daily. The number was staggering. So Nairalanders lets get a sample of what members are spending to generate electricity. Owners of Inverters and Solar please chime in as well. |

Today alone i've spend N1,000 on fuel, N500 at the shop, another N500 at home, thou we do have light at least 14hrs a day |

chaberry: That is N365000 a year. And that number is conservative it does not include the cost of the generator, repairs and the days you experience fuel scarcity. Thank you |
