Unlike the usual demand of armed robbers, robbery in most areas of Ogun state are now conducted for primary reason of collecting Permanent Voter's card of victims. The ones I heard of before, was the one that happened to a friend along Ijebu-Ode and another one at Sagam area of Ogun state. Getting to my place this evening in Ikenne, the story proved to be more than a film trick. I met a report that a group of six men came to the house. They rejected every other thing apart from money which they later took having collected the PVC. If you claim you don't have, they will give you the analysis of how you collected it and beat you up for not being trustworthy. All these at gun point. Protect your PVC Be security concious God bless Nigeria! |
