On Election Violence by troylaurenz: 11:03am On Mar 24, 2015 |
The Presidential election is only 120 hours away and an APC youth leader in Gboko, Benue State, Mr Dekera has lost his right palm after an explosive device was thrown into the house of one Hon John Dyegh in the area. Dekera got more than he bargained for while trying to send the explosive device back to sender, as it exploded and damaged the whole of his right hand palm. A Benue indigene who shared the luciferous news to Benue Family, asked God to “open the eyes of our youths let them understand that politics is not all about violence. This would come as a dissatisfying news as nigeria prepares for the 5th election since democracy in 1999.. as regards to the violence that occurs before and after the election day. It has always been voiced and echoed , that election is not a do or die affair but most people simply cannot comprehend that . na wa oo........
