The cost of granite top depends on the texture and quality of the stone. It ranges between 18,000 to 25,000 per square meter.

Marble being more exotic and fragile as well is between 30,000 to 45,000 per square meter.

The plumber working on the hole for the extractor hood.
Due to the fact that the client has done his tiles before we were consulted, the extractor pipe will be surface and not conduit. It will be hidden behind the upper unit cabinets though.

We are using the remote controlled touch screen extractor for this project. Trust me, it's worth all the cost.
