Nigeria's Dooms Day Postponed! Buhari's Court Case by KazeemDiary(m): 11:16am On Mar 25, 2015 |
GRAB YOUR COPY NOW!!! A Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned all the suits challenging the eligibility of presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, till April 22 and 23, 2015. Justice Adeniyi Ademola fixed the date after he dismissed applications by two intended parties to join the suit as defendants. The judge said the adjournment would affect all the pending suits against Buhari in his court. My take. Yes, there was a need to give the 'clueless one' a benefit of doubt, knowing fully well that he dares not disqualify GMB in just 3days to the Presidential election. Could this be another display of cowardice by the President Goodluck Jonathan led government OR a shift of the dooms day in our nation to after GMB's victory at the Saturday polls... #Think 9JA NOTEBOOK: Buhari’s eligibility suit suffers setback, adjourn... http://9janotebook..com/2015/03/buharis-eligibility-suit-suffers.html?spref=tw |

I believe the judge did the right thing, considering the fact that a disqualification could result in trouble and chaos. It was the wisest thing to do under these circumstances. As for your insinuation, GEJ didn't take GMB to court; enlightened and concerned citizens did. As a GEJ supporter, I didn't even favour a disqualification; I don't want a walkover. Its time to get to the polls, and give GMB a huge defeat. GEJ till 2019! 1 Like |

Why would he be disqualified ? He has everything to contest and win the election. |

Plan A has fell, postponement for the second time isn't possible. Now the PDP are waiting if Buhari is announced the victor then the court will later disqualify him. This will put the country in a rampage, state emergency will be enforce, possible military intervention. But we are wise military or no military Nigerians are fighting and will fight corruption out. |
