Duties
 Recruiting and staffing
 Performance management and improvement systems;
 Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
 Employee orientation, development, and training;
 Policy development and documentation;
 Employee relations;
 Compensation and benefits administration;
 Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;

Relevant Education & Work Experience
 A good first degree in any discipline
 2-4 years relevant work experience
