I think it is high time phcn started sending warning sms to our phones before taking their light/interrupting power supply, after all, they've been privatised and we are paying for services they are not rendering. They can send it 5minutes ahead so we can switch off all our appliances. Sometimes they just take this light by force, by the time the light comes back again, you discover that one electrical appliance is dead. We deserve to be informed before interrupting power.
