Glo is moving fast here. Try go to settings, then Advanced Settings and go to Host Routing and register twice. Then look for SERVICE BOOK and type EBSB or SBEB in caps. Switch off your bb and remove the battery as well as the SIM card, then reinsert the SIM Card and put battery back to do hard reset. Your network will come back and your browsing will be fast.

NB: this is what customercare will tell you to do if you call 333 that is if the person who answered you know about it.

Here in benuez glo is so fast on my q10. I use the 1k connection on my android and iPad too.

When the H is not browsing, downgrade to 2g, pull d battery, re insert, then switch to 3g. Ensure u are using default bb apn though...

Omg! Just wen I thought abt posting something like this! Glo sucks!! This dere overload bonus is just a scam! I can't even make calls with it! The network is useless! Can't make calls whenever I like! The network goes off whenever it likes, and comes on whenever! They don't even pre-inform customers abt any maintenance they r doing or something! They just cut everybody off!! Not even night hours, ANYTIME!!

2) I didn't subscribe to some stupid "amazing facts" buh dunno how glo connected me to that shit! I keep getting stupid facts everyday and @ d end of the month 100naira outta my acct automatically! Even when I tried sending the "stop" or "cancel" to d stupid code, it doesn't deliver! So I'm stucked!

I'm only on dis network coz of the 3G for 1k crap!

my dear, i subcribed for 4.5gb at 3k for one month.
as am typing this, the bundle is going to expire on the 6th of next month and i still have 3gb remaining!
the shit is not only slugish when it connects, it goes off for about an hour and comes on again for like 30minutes.
i called 121 and the agent told me to call 444 that that's the internet bundle help desk.
behold when i called, i was told in a very loud and heavy voice " sorry, you're not allowed to call this number"

I don't know if am the only one experiencing bad service from Glo. Since last week, I ve been calling their 333 BlackBerry help desk to complain about the poor service I get jn my area...imagine calling everyday for 2 weeks and you are to use the BlackBerry service for 4 weeks.

The problem am facing is if the signal is on 3G, it shows H with the BlackBerry logo and it won't browse, even if it does, it's super slow after which it would change from sos to emergency call only to searching for network. I am so tired and angry right nw. With that, I get a no voice service too.

I ve downgraded to 2G, it shows E with the BlackBerry logo and the browsing is slow and somethings it doesn't browse. I use a BlackBerry z10 and on the BBC month plan. I don't mind switching bt I can't get a better deal else where. Is anyone experiencing the same problem like me.

You are experiencing this because you are using a plan not designed for your phone and so,you wouldn't be able to enjoy all the benefit. You may have being using it but glo is making sure subscribers are not able to use it very soon. For 1000naira,always remember to use the litmonth plan which will give you 200mb. BBCmonth is designed for lesser bb phones. You wan cheat network and so,themselve dey frustrate you. Pele

I Also use a glo network on my BlackBerry Q5 gadget and I would say glo has been fair to me. Thou I experience a very poor network whenever it rains here, Location- ifite, Awka in Anambra state.
