Please guys,I subscribed online now for my gotv using quickteller,the transaction was successful,they sent me refrence number.I turned on my gotv but I've got error 16 on my decoder! I tried reset it using the reset to 4688 alas I was told my device number can't be cleared! Help m please gurus .

Go to the nearest Gotv office in your area, tell them to assist in clearing the error message.

Same thing i experienced n it cost me 2H.
