Nigeria constitution is invalid, Nigeria is Invalid, biafra govt in exile case


You can not hold position when we have an invalid constitution.

Why it is invalid? because it state \\\\\\\" we the people of the federal Republic of Nigeria\\\\\\\"  and the people of  the federal republic of NIGERIA NEVER held any meeting to write the constitution.   we are a country with an invalid constitution.  military don kill una.   Justice Niki Tobi wrote the constitution of NIGERIA and not we the people of federal republic of Nigeria. so the 1999 consitution is invalid.   

It means any position anyone is holding under an invalid constitution is invalid. And at the moment Nigeria has no constitution. Either the president, governor or senator is invalid. since the constitution is invalid. How can someone hold a position under an invalid constitution?. All position are vacate at the moment until there is a valid consitution. The unedcated military have put in problem.


The true is a country is only valid if they have a valid constitution and nigeria does not a valid constitution. Which make the nation of nigeria invalid.

Technically the biafra govt in exile have a case here. We do not have a constitution, It is worth less than the paper it is written on. This na wahala.   Please read the constitution written by Justice Niki Tobi.

What is a constitution?

A constitution is a written or non written agreement(AGREEMENT from the word Agree. Did we agree to the 1999 constitution? NO we did not) used as legislative charter by which a government or group derives its authority or power to act.

So when what you derive your power to act is not an agreement. It become invalid and all elected position under it is invalid. We technically do not have a government and the biafra govt in exile have constitutional power to lead. since it is NOT an agreement. but an act of Justice Tobi Nike.

Or did they define constitution as a act of Justice Tobi Nike . or is it an agreement of Justice Tobi Nike. ??

If your constitution is invalid like nigeria. The body or company can not act or cease to exist. So nigeria does not have a legal government, we have an illegal government based on the constitution been invalid. .

It is sheer ignorant to expect every citizen to agree to the content of any constitution before it can be valid. In democracy, you voice may not count, contrary to what you think. You elect people, and those people carry out their wishes (not yours). To some extent, Military also have a form of legitimacy from illegitimacy. We can't deny that. So whatever they wrote is binding until someone else change it.

This should not serve in any way, as a support for Biafra as was constituted in 1967 or as being propagated by the present Biafran activist.

But if the truth must be told, Nigeria does not have a constitution since we the People of Nigeria never agreed to the 1999 constitution. The instruments of imposition imposed a document on us in the name of constitution. This is a big mistake just as most of their acts have always been.

But this should not call for the dissolution of Nigeria into any other multiple entity like Biafra. even Biafra has never had a constitution. What they had then was an imposition born out of Ojukwu's manipulation. Also Never has the Yorubas, the Hausa or even any other tribe or group in Nigeria at any time agreed to be a nation. In essence, if Nigeria cannot be due to invalid constitution, no other entity can.

Our best option remains to fashion out the best we can out of Nigeria as presently constituted. All we want is to be equal citizens. For all to be allowed to achieve their potential; ones tribe, religion not withstanding. We the people of Nigeria wants to be allowed to within ourselves decides on how we should be governed.

Interesting argument with an interesting language. So who delegated Tobi? Or from your language who elected him? He can at best be said to be derive his authority from the power granted him by the military.

This leaves us with only your second argument. Which form of legitimacy can the military acquire from illegitimacy other than the "legitimacy of coercion". Does this equate to legitimacy in law. I am not a lawyer and will invite lawyers to guide us here.

How can what they wrote be binding until someone else change it, as you wrote? Your choice of words, until someone else change it, is a dangerous pointer to your subconscious acceptance of any imposition. You accept someone else; an individual to have the ability to change a document that can serve as supreme constitution for Nigeria.

I will tell you that it is only the Nigeria people through referendum, delegation, election or any other form of representation, that have the ability to decides on how we can be governed. It is called an inalienable right. To deny this is to deny the very essence of our being humans. To deny this is to reduce us to mere biological being with no essence to our lives.

Need I reply that? What is delegated authority? What does constitution say about amendment? Is the a president in Nigeria? Do we have a NASS? What are their duties? Mr man, I don't think I need to answer you.

Whether by election, or selection, lawless and unstable nations get their leaders and their acts are valid as long as citizens accept to live by them.

Here is the point. When God saw his people in slavery. He sent Moses to go and deliver them. But some people among isreal were already given position by Pharaoh and they join in been against thier people and Against God will. Because some of them have already married thier children or own business with them. And they would rather prefer thier people to be in slavery than be free. If Nigeria takes biafra govt or Yoruba govt to the world court. And the nigeria govt show the 1999 constitution as an agreement in which they have been vested with the power to rule. . Biafra or Yoruba governemnet would just disprove it. That it was never part of the agreement. Is that true, yes. they were never part of the agreement. In short for the last 9 years, it as been an illegal govt, that was why obasanjo want to rush the review.

Even IBB was a maradona, but even IBB did the rightthing that is required under the law to written a constitution . But we know he never follow what he preach. And he try to manipulate the outcome and least he wrote one . He did not give it to some else but there was a consitutional conference.

So biafra people or Yoruba people were never part of the agreement. So it makes the constitution invalid. People have to AGREE. Justice tobi can not be the voice of nigeria. Anyone can write a constitution and put in what ever they like . but is it an agreement. NO. And even if you look at the 1999 constitution. It was written to favour the North and put the south in permanent slavery. And because IBB want the south in permanent slavery, he as been calling and going about the north saying the constitution should not be reviewed.

Get it you are a baby. Believe this , If the Yorubas do not get what we want. We would lead the all of the southof the river benue and niger to fight the north and break up Nigeria. If that is the last option. And that is the decision of the Yoruba people and you can take it into the bank.
