Abeg in my ward here at Bogobiri, voting has started and the inec guys are not using card reader, people voting are only thumbprintring and putting in the ballot box, i asked the Inec guys why, and the told me that the card reader is not functioning, abeg no be say dem wan rig this thing oh? |
