That's a normal lexus rx300. It is not a toyota harrier. The toyota harrier is a 2.4 litre engine while this is a 3.0 liter engine. Mind you, it is not converted from RHD to LHD. Thats an original LHD. Check from the position of the gear box. Besides, some lexus could come with a fabric interior. Even if it comes with leather, the leather can be replaced at will or when damaged either to another leather or to fabric.
