I love GEJ.

You may still get your chance to vote for him.

He still has one tenure he can run for.

However, he may find it tough to scale through PDP primaries.

Well, what's done's done.

For GMB, fourth time's the charm.

And that's it from me tonight. I am now off to begin an early day. Let us hope that the next four years would be better than the previous four years. I do not expect an improvement. I do not expect Nigeria to become paradise. But I do expect that our leaders will do their best, and that we the followers will do our best by continually impressing upon them the importance of fulfilling every contract they sign with us.

Congratulations to HE President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for allowing the essential reforms that enabled us to have a free and fair election and for being , unusually for a Nigerian, gracious in defeat.

Congratulations to Professor Attahiru Jega for conducting a rather good election, and for being the epitome of the professional tonight. I would hope that this man be retained by the incoming government so that he can continue the good work of making sure we have free and fair elections.

Congratulations to the incoming President, Rtd General Muhammadu Buhari. Once again, Nigeria has called you to service. We can only hope that you discharge your duty as President with the same dedication and panache you showed in restructuring the country during the dark days of the immediate Post Shagari era. Once again, you are taking power at a time when we are suffering the effects of another oil shock. We hope that your Administration would begin the urgent task of taking our economy off oil, and making it strong and self sufficient.

And finally, congratulations to my fellow countrymen and women. We may have our differences, but once again we came together and on March 28 participated in the essential sacrament of democracy....the vote. Indeed, we have once again shown the world that the Nigerian nation is ready to move on from the dark days of rule by decree and one man dictatorship.Congratulations...and may we see many more elections.

So,let's do it again come April 11th.

God bless....and long live the United and Indivisible and Eternal Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Congratulations Nigerians!

Surely, our democracy is deepening; gradually we shall continue to purge ourselves of primordial sentiments and vote candidates in or out based strictly on performance. After 16 years of PDP misrule, it sure feels like i have been liberated.

I may be a staunch GMB supporter, but i'll be one of the first to vote him/his party out in 2019 should he fail to deliver. That is how our politics should be played henceforth.

SAI BABA!

SAI OSINBAJO!

SAI APC!

That he will be going back to Otuoke after dividing Nigeria and making us worst than he meet us....
Using religion, ethnic and leaving our resources for the thieves to mis-manage...
I will not miss him for a seconds, like i always say" Be good to the people up the ladder cos you will meet them on your way down"
I bet you, Jonathan will be the most isolated president in Nigeria history and probably the most unrecognised in years to come.
