My USB modem is not connecting anymore and gives me the message "the device has been disconnected or is unavailable ". The funny part is that it can still go to the Etisalat server to fetch my data balance. Otherwise it is not working. Anyone able to advise how to sort this? I use a Dell inspiron running Windows 8. Thanks |

I regret to say I tried it on another computer and it works. Any tech savvy person able to say why the other is not running ? |
