the only way out is for Buhari to continue paying den or give the militant pipeline security contract, but I doubt if Buhari would want to do so.... For reasons best known to him.

The strength of any country is not in natural resources but human capital. That is why Japan will be the most endangered country in the world and they are still one of the most advanced countries. China does not have oil and they are a super world power.

Remove your mind from natural resources as the only way for a country to survive. Israel is practically surviving on Agriculture Tourism and sales of military hardware.

If you have natural resources and lack human capital, you will always be underdeveloped because there will always be capital flight, because you will hire human capital to utilise your natural resources who.will repatriate funds back to their home country.
